I have been using SLR cameras since the mid 80's but never did a whole lot with them. Around 2003 I switched to a digital point and shoot and regretted it. I stopped taking pictures. In 2011 I had enough and purchased my Pentax K7. First couple of years I did not do much more then take decent snap shots. Then a friend gave me a tip and said use PS and process your pictures. I have been off to the races ever since. This hobby has become an addiction. I have my camera with me all the time now. I frame everything I see and try to imagine what kind of image that will give me.

As you can most likely figure out from my photos I am a seafarer. This gives me lots a opportunities to get pictures many can't, but I get more pleasure from capturing things on land.

I am not always the best at comments as I am still learning the language of art and photography, but if I favorite your pictures please know it is because I like them.
