Hello Flickr Folks.

 

Time for an update. I'm 66 and still a submissive crossdresser. I love to do hair and obviously like to have mine done also.

 

I have a love for the beauty shop since my mom took me with her when she got her weekly shampoo and set way back in the early 60's.

 

I always hated the barbershop because all they knew how to do was a buzz cut. I did like the hot lather around my ears with the razor but that's about it.

 

My mom started letting me get a trim at her beautician's a little later on when boys were allowed to grow their hair some. I talked Fanny (the beautician) into selling me a cape. It was orange with gold swirls on it and I still have it!

 

I also talked Fanny into giving me a roller set one day "as a joke". My mom pretty much pooped her panties when she saw my teased and lacquered up hair since that's what Fanny did.

 

I got several more sets over the next few years since Fanny was in it for the money. This was between age 13-15 for me.

 

All this time I was playing in my mom's panty drawer and wearing her shoes every chance I got. She had some brush rollers that I played with as much as I could. I got caught one day when she found some of my hairs still in the brush rollers. I just told her I liked seeing myself in curls every so often. No sense denying it, they were obviously my hairs in her rollers. I got the "are you gay" talk since we lived in a very conservative Christian town.

 

When I started driving at 16 I found a beautician out in the country who I got to set me on perm rods "just to see what it looked like". She seemed to be ok with it and it progressed to rollers about once a month.

 

I had plans to attend beauty school when I graduated from high school but my family had to move due to my dad's job before that happened.

 

In my new city, jobs got in the way but I started getting perms since I had a Jeep that I kept the top off of as much as I could. Sometimes the perm came with a complimentary roller set so of course I took them up on the offer.

 

I did start school later on and opened my own salon while in school with the intention of working there. A fire from the dry cleaners next door burned the place down and I dropped out of school to pursue other things.
