I work for a University, dealing with timetabling. My interests are reading, films and making cakes.

I started decorating cakes this year as something to do at the weekend when my husband was working but after making some for family members I am now getting orders for a variety of different cakes and cupcakes. One problem I have is trying to figure out how much to charge people as I am still learning.

My biggest cake challenge will be a three tier autumn wedding cake due in October.
