I am a freelance writer in Brunswick, Maryland. One of my gigs is as a reporter for a small weekly newspaper. In such, I get to take pictures and write captions for same. While not technically a professional photographer, I have been paid for some of my pictures. (Which have also appeared in the Frederick News Post, though not for money.)

I've had not official training, and have pretty much learned photography through practice and observation, though if I may say so myself, I have been told I have a good natural eye for a shot. My weaknesses in photography are probably dealing with artificial light. "All of the science, I don;t understand." But I hope to improve.
