As a hobby I own a still camera.

The two are very different and I think the latter has more impact. More visual power when done right. Capuring the moment is what most photographers seek, I will say. My goal is to get it right more often then missing it. Or compare it to baseball. If I can bat .300 with my photos, I'll be happy.
