My name is Lauren Potts and I come from a small town in Co.Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. I'm a 17 year old, A Level student at Portora Royal.

I've had a passion for photography, ever since my father got me my first Nikon. He has taught me most of what I know about Photography to date, and I really value his opinion. He was actually the person who recommended I set up a Flickr account.

My main aspiration is to get into the film industry and become a cinematographer, director of photography or director. I love films and i'm lucky to have grown up in such a beautiful place that has given me so much inspiration. Moving Image Arts at Portora has really helped me develop my film and photography skills and Art has also inspired some of my most abstract and unusual photographs to date.
