I have always had a love of picture taking but never really worked at it. :o) flickr is a great resource for learning and I'm endlessly fascinated, inspired and awed by what I'm shown by my contacts & other flickr members. I am glad to even call some of my contacts my friends! This is a wonderful, creative and talented place!! (thank you!)

I did most of my learning on a Canon s5is. I upgraded to a Canon xsi, my very first Dslr!! Now in the new year I'm excited to say i just purchased a Canon T3i!! I am very excited to get out and play. I have the canon kit lens (18x55), canon 50mm 1.8, and the canon 55x250 zoom. i also have a fish-eye conversion lens just for fun. On my "wish list" is the canon 85mm f/1.8 portrait lens.
