Old and broken. Decided to 'stop saving for a 'special' occasion' when mom died... doing the things that make me happy now. Using the fine china for mac and cheese and the good crystal for a drink of w/e... AND.... after 2 decades of 'not spending on..... I now am near the end of my 5 years 'mad spending' with my doll hobby. I picked up a camera after fair bit of vision loss but and having enough fun i replaced my year old cam when it got stolen almost immediately >< I was hooked. Yesterday my latest girl arrived... a bit of a grail being on the 'largest end of the size scale I can manage now. 41 inches/105 cm and almost 16 pounds of gorgeous resin lady. I need to take some decent pics of my current kids soon... it's a bit of a work out and ya, the 'old/broken' makes it a bit more than the usual effort but you do what you love <3 ... I am also a solid core member of a fantastic local doll club and look forward to meets and the local con each August.... it's not really a lot but it's keeps me going ^_^
