I grew up on Eastern Long Island, NY. My dad was a photographer (on his card: The Studio that comes to you!) and since age 10 I worked in the darkroom with him. Shot a lot of snapshots for years, then at age 22 bought a Pentax ME Super, and was on my way. Been shooting and loving it forever. I love photographing people best, but will aim a camera at anything interesting. Now living in Tucson, AZ. The desert is wildly different from my Island upbringing, but no less beautiful.
