I'm a pretty average guy except for the fact that I'm a little too schedule oriented and unflexible. I love to joke with both fellow dry/sarcastic people and everyone else. I'm happily married with three kids.

2008-11 I used to shoot with a Nikon D80 and three cheap Nikon lenses 18-55, 55-200, and a 50mm 1.8.

*Update* As of July 2011, I am shooting with a D7000, Tokina 11-16 2.8, Nikkor 70-200 2.8 VRII and a 50mm 1.8.

*Update* 2012-13 I'm now shooting with a D800, with the only real difference being greater flexibility in cropping and better fit to my hands, otherwise it's just a camera. I'm Loving my 70-200 2.8 more than ever, as well as my 50mm 1.4 g, I have a 24-85 Nikkor but, would like to exchange it for a prime 24 or 28. I'm starting to like the idea of going primes only, with the exception of the 70-200 (it's like a prime). I think my brain works better with some restraint, as my mind is all over the place. Prime lenses seem to isolate the small amount of creativity that I possess so that it can be utilized.

Photography is my favorite hobby, and like everyone else, I wish to make it at least a part-time income. I'm a realist and understand that I should focus on just improving my skills for now. I can still dream, right?
