I've lived on this planet most of my life. It is uniquely beautiful with its myriad life forms and glorious land and seascapes. My favorite place to inhabit is an archipelago in the tropical Pacific.
My current, post-film photographic interest is wildlife and landscapes, getting me outdoors as much as possible and continuing my life-long study and appreciation of natural history and visual arts.
“Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul alike.”-John Muir
My early film photography interests were nude, underwater, and documentary photography. A bathroom darkroom was where bulk loads of Tri-X and Plus-X Pan were wound into 35mm cassettes and later printed on Polycontrast to be revealed in pungent trays of chemical alchemy. Used commercially processed Kodachrome for most of my color photography.
Thanks for visiting my Flickr gallery. I have a lot of fun hiking and diving to capture digital images of nature and wildlife. I hope you enjoy viewing them.
