“Who Are You”, by the British rock band, “The Who”, may be apropos here…

Me? I finally retired and I’m quite a bit down the runway of life (I worked a long time).

I was fortunate to procure my first “pro” camera in 1977 and my last one in 2024. I’ve shot films, both B&W (a lot) & color (not so much), and Kodachrome slides (a whole lot); had my own darkroom too.

I did sell a few pictures at Midwest art fairs years ago (LOL), photography is truly a hobby. I’ve enjoyed all the photographers and their captured visions along the way. I have purchased other photographs and paintings; there’s surely a place for the arts (music and architecture too), of various kinds in the world today.

Although equipment in the digital age, both mechanical and optics, are superior, I know I was a much better shooter when I knew the limit was 36, maybe 37 shots. I continue to try and shoot and post full-frame with minimal post processing.

I appreciate everyone’s contributions, for sharing your visions and passions. Thank You All.
