Krav Maga Edinburgh, Scotland. Krav Maga is today's cutting-edge self-defense and hand to hand combat system. Initially developed by Grandmaster Imi Sde-Or(Lichtenfeld) for the Israel defense forces and other national security services. It has now been fully adapted to meet civilian needs. It is designed so that ordinary people, young and old, men and women alike can successfully use it regardless of strength. Classes are on a Wednesday night from 6.15pm-8.00pm. We are hoping to start a female only class at 8pm to 9pm on a wednesday evening.
