As a young man I thought about making photography a career so I attended Fanshawe College Photography diploma program and worked for a fantastically talented family of Photographers (The Bogners). Circumstances were such that I chose another path, but it has remained my true love and main hobby!

I started in the silver-oxide film & paper darkroom era and am now enjoying the ease and flexibility of digital editing. I've used 4x5 Arca-Swiss view cameras, 6X7 Mamiya and Pentax Medium format cameras, Nikon 35mm SLRs then Canon & Nikon DSLRs...until the Fujifilm XT-2 arrived which is now my daily shooter.
