My name is Austin Kaiser, an hobbyist photographer at Rutgers University. My camera is an old Canon given to me when a friend got a new one. I have no experience photographing but I'v always admired the art and been curious.

I enrolled in this class to learn some of the terminology and basic composition elements. I'v been very pleased with what I'v learned!

I love the concept of capturing experiences and freezing them in time. A good photo can make something as mundane as a casual hangout into an incredible memory worth looking at. I'm often out adventuring with friends looking for something cool to experience. A camera handy to document it all is exactly what I'v been looking for!
