I have always been interested in photography but with a family and full time job as a teacher had neither the time or money to take it up fully. Now our 2 children are married and independent, and Alan and I are both retired we are spending more time and money on this hobby, and with the help of the club are learning and hopefully improving our craft.

We both love travelling the world, and go walking, and I do lots of crafts.......the latest one I am learning is Bobbin or Pillow lace.

We joined the club November 2012, and this year bought a Canon D650 DSLR camera which we are slowly learning to use as well as Photoshop Elements 11 which again we are learning to use.
