Though a citizen of the United States, I have lived in over 43 different places, including 18 cities spread over 9 states in the USA, New Zealand, Japan and now the Czech Republic. I have degrees in physics, in Japanese language and in architecture. I have worked as an architectural intern, an assistant in small town preservation, a community organizer and a director of community-based affordable housing. I am passionate about architecture, gardening and history with an uncanny ability of uncovering the details in all that surrounds me, wherever that may be. Though I have been living in Prague only since the summer of 2012, my passion to explore the urban fabric of the city has quickly helped me find many hidden and overlooked sites in the Golden City and in cities and towns around Central Europe..
