schön dass Du hier vorbeischaust. Meine Name ist Harry (na gut, eigentlich heiße ich Frank ;-) ) Fotografie hat mich schon als Kind begeistert und bis auf kurze Unterbrechungen hat das bis heute angehalten.

 

Seit einiger Zeit bin ich etwas engagierter dabei und versuche, mir auch neue Bereiche der Fotografie zu erschließen. Aber es ist ein Hobby und wird es auch bleiben. Schön wäre die Vorstellung mit Fotografie Geld zu verdienen, aber realistisch ist das wohl eher nicht.

 

Am liebsten bin ich in der Natur unterwegs. Ich liebe Landschafts- und Naturfotografie. Die Kamera ist da immer dabei. Hier bei Flickr habe ich mich angemeldet, um meine Fotos zur Diskussion zu stellen, mir andere Fotos anzusehen und davon zu lernen.

 

Ich schreibe zu anderen Fotos gern warum und was mir daran gefällt - oder auch nicht. Nehmt mir diese Ehrlichkeit bitte nicht übel.

 

Eigentlich hatte ich mir vorgenommen, so oft es geht, Kommentare zu euren Fotos zu schreiben, aber aus Zeitgründen kann das nicht so durchhalten, wie ursprünglich geplant und ich muss leider auf das hier übliche "favorisieren" ausweichen.

 

Meine Fotos poste ich nicht in irgendwelchen "Post and Award" oder "Post and Comment" - Gruppen auftauchen, auch nicht mit Einladung. Das finde ich erstens von der Handhabung zu kompliziert und zweitens mag ich den Zwang zum Kommentieren nicht. Im Umkehrschluß gibt mir das kein realistisches Feedback über die Qualität meiner Fotos. Ich ziehe faire und vor allem freiwillige Bewertungen vor. Weniger ist in diesem Falle mehr. Und übrigens schaue ich mir eure Fotos prinzipiell in voller Größe an.

 

Was noch? Meine Fotos sind nicht oder kaum bearbeitet. Okay, etwas Beschneiden, Ausrichten, Kontrast- oder Helligkeitsanpassungen natürlich, aber das war's dann auch. Ich mag Natürlichkeit.

nice to meet you. My name is Harry (okay, this isn't true - in real life I'm called Frank ;-) ) I'm into photography since a long time and it continued until today with a few short breaks.

 

Since some time I'm a little more engaged and try to get into some other areas of photography. It's still a hobby and will always be a hobby. It would be nice to make some money with photos but I guess that's unrealistic.

 

I love to be in nature and to photograph landscapes and different aspects of nature. My camera is always with me. I'm here on Flickr to show you my photos, to see what's good and what's not and what I need to improve. As well I like to see your photos, to learn from your work and to get inspired.

 

I love writing what I like and dislike on your photos and why. Don't be miffed at my straightforwardness. Unfortunately I don't have the time to comment on all of your photos, so I need to "fav" it as usual here, as I'm running out of time with commenting.

 

I don't post my photos into any "Post and Award" or "Post and Comment" groups even though they are invited. This kind of publishing photos is to difficult in my opinion and I don't like the need to comment. I want to do it voluntary. On the other hand it doesn't give me a qualified feedback about the quality of my photos. I prefer fair and voluntary ratings. Less is more in this case. ;-) And of course I'll watch your photos in full size - all the time!

 

What else? My photos are not or not much edited. Just a little bit of cutting, adjusting or changing of contrast or brightness. That's it. I love naturalness.
