Born into a family tradition of talented seamstress, Carolina Hernandez finds inspiration from the lively and vibrant country of her birth Mexico, where she lived until 2000.

Fulfilling a deeper sense of purpose Carolina enlisted in The United States Navy. Serving on active duty for 4 years on several deployments and continued service as a reservist afforded her the opportunity to experience new cultures and faraway lands.

In 2009, her desire to bring depth and individuality to her artistic creativity led her to enroll at Cinema Makeup School in Hollywood where she focused on makeup, airbrush, hair trends and highlighting time periods.

An endless desire to further pursue her passion she completed a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Fashion Design graduating top of class designated as an “Outstanding Graduate” from The Art Institute of CA San Diego.

She often draws from nature's palette; the simple beauty of a flower, or the essence of an animal combining years of experience in sewing, draping and drafting of patterns with absolute precision to give life to her designs resulting in timeless silhouettes.
