Taking pictures it’s a necessity for me, it is a way to express myself, to express that part of me that is hidden to words. That’s why I love art: it’s a human peculiarity useful to show parts of us that would be kept hidden, otherwise. I’m not looking for fame or notoriety, but, as an insecure person as I am, sometimes I look for the approval of the people. I think photography is the best way I have to express myself, because it’s simple and immediate, because in the moment of the click there’s not just what you could see but there’s all my story.
