All our images are copyright by the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO (we hire people to take the photos). They are available for free use by any AFL-CIO affiliated union - so if this is being used by a union or federation that is a dues paying affiliate of the AFL-CIO, and using this for a newsletter, sign, website, or anything else, feel free to use it for noncommercial, editorial purposes. Everyone else, including the media, should contact us at news@launionaflcio.org to request permission. (It will probably be granted, but we need to know.)

We do not have model releases, so these may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes. Nearly all images are taken at public events, and permission can be granted only for editorial uses.
