Group Description
As natural habitats become increasingly reduced, churchyards become more and more important as wild spaces. Two of my local villages have taken part in a project named God's Acre - parts of the churchyard are left wild, with mown pathways, or are planted with both native and garden species to encourage insects and other creatures.this group is for photographs of any pland or animal seen in a churchyard, from gravestone lichens and the churchyard yew, to flowers, butterflies, bats or other wildlife. please state which churchyard is shown.
