Fake Tilt Shift of New York

Experimenting with fake tilt-shifting using the GIMP. Alas, I've only got a Gaussian blur at the moment. Time to search for a proper focal blur plugin.

 

I like the angle of this one (very Spiderman) but the light level is perhaps too low.
