Dept of public safety stop

Georgia Department of Public Safety Vehicle and a truck marked with an oversized load. Note the multiple wheel chocks in service with this truck. I suspect the officer has some concerns about load. This stop was in the city of Lavonia, Georgia. The Department of public Safety in Georgia is the state agency that the Georgia State Patrol reports to.
