Blooms Creek after construction

This summer, WSDOT removed three culverts under State Route 121/Tilley Road South and installed two large box culverts that are 26-feet wide and 16-feet wide respectively to improve fish passage in Blooms Ditch. This photo shows Blooms Ditch after construction with the new box culverts installed. This project is located in Thurston County, near Millersylvania State Park. Learn more here:
