Something wierd

I live next to one of the very few bits of wasteland I've seen in the US that isn't fenced off. Geo's landlord is always joking that this means we'll get robbed, but I reckon the drunk homeless people who hang out there (and who are always very friendly, I should say) function as a handy set of witnesses to discourage any shady behavior.

 

Anyway, it also means we get a lot of wierd shit dumped outside the house. I'm not entirely clear what this is, but it's been there for the past couple of days.
