Kennedy Park, Western at 113th, Chicago, after the south side St Patrick's parade. You do NOT want to mess with these south side cops on St. Pat's weekend! I am not kidding, I almost got cuffed for riding my bike the wrong way down Western (which is a 2-way street!)
