When all is right with the world!
That is IF you are a Yellow-crowned Night Heron and you have a nice full tummy and the sun is shining on Horsepen Bayou. I try not to get too close when they are like this and just completely zoned out and in the moment. Just doing a bit of relaxing in the sun on the bayou. He’s resting on one of the many trees that are lodged in the mud along the banks of the bayou.

Not quite sure what happened to Flickr today as it seemed to just go offline. At least it’s back and appears to be working properly.
