I met this person at Devaraja market at Mysore... He claims that he is from Ayodhya and has come to Mysore and staying in a Temple. The mark on his forehead shows that he is a Vaishnavite i.e he worships lord Vishnu ( to be precise Ram as he is from Ayodhya)
