50mm ƒ1.4 + EF12 II Extension Tube, ƒ14, 1/200s, ISO 100, Canon 430EX II above and slightly behind subject through umbrella @ full power, 1 ft away, cookie rack used as gobo, triggered w/ PWs.

 

I found a similar shot to this one a while back and tucked it away for when the leaves changed. I'll link to it if I can find the original concept.
