SEOUL, Republic of Korea (September 10, 2013) Rear Adm. William McQuilkin departs the Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Korea change of command ceremony after being relieved by Rear Adm. Lisa Franchetti, commander, U.S. naval forces Korea September 10, at U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan in Seoul, Korea. During his remarks, Rear Adm. McQuilkin spoke about the close partnership and alliance between the Republic of Korea and the United States navies.
