DILI, Timor-Leste (Sept. 17, 2013) - Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Command Master Chief Joseph Arnold discusses the importance of staying in school with a local Timor-Leste child outside the Becora School, where Seabees are conducting an engineering project. NMCB 3 provides combatant commanders and Navy component commanders with combat-ready warfighters capable of general engineering, construction and limited combat engineering across the full range of military operations.
