CROW VALLY, TALAC, , Republic of the Philippines (Oct. 9, 2012) - U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jared Traver, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, shakes hands with Armed Forces of the Philippines Marine Cpl. Phillip L. Advincula, 3D Marine Company, 3D Marine Battalion, after completing a non-lethal weapons training course during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 2013). PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance amphibious readiness of both militaries and to strengthen interoperability.
