KIRITIMATI, Kiribati (Jan. 12, 2011) – Navy Builder Petty Officer 2nd Class Anthony Falcone, from Providence, R.I., assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Christmas Island Detail prays at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of a new maternity ward on Kiritimati (Christmas) Island with a native of the island.
