UNMISS holds workshop for South Sudan National Police to prevent and end conflict-related sexual violence
JUBA, 29 November 2023: UNMISS, through its Women’s Protection Advisory Unit, organized a two-day workshop for the South Sudan National Police Service (SSNP) on strengthening national officers’ capacity to prevent, respond and investigate conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV). The training aims to support the SSNPS Steering Committee and the focal points from the field offices in implementing the Action Plan on this vital subject.
