Maybe a Conchuela Bug (Chlorochroa ligata) on non-native Fennel

This handsome Stink Bug aka Shield Bug (Pentatomidae, Heteroptera, Hemiptera) is trying to get away from me on a dissected leaf of non-native Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare, Apiaceae). (It's a bad weed in our mountains.) I'm not sure, but it sure looks like the Conchuela Bug (Chlorochroa ligata) - see BugGuide. This is a nice butt shot so HBBBT! again! (East Camino Cielo, Santa Ynez Mountains, 24 May 2017)
