Pacific Woodrush (Luzula comosa, Juncaceae)

Here are two shots of what I'm pretty sure is a Pacific Woodrush (Luzula comosa) in the Juncaceae plant family. Rushes usually grow in wet places, but this one prefers to be dry. The plants have broad grass-like leaves and interesting flower heads that are different from grasses. This is one of those plants that might be common, but I rarely notice it.
