2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups butter, softened
1 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Stir together flour and salt. Cream butter, then beat in sugar and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, about 1/4 at a time.
Roll out and cut into shapes, roll into specific shapes
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets (usually for 12 to 15 minutes)
or until they are lightly golden and decorate with icing and sprinkles,
let them cool down.
This recipe makes about 6 dozen cookies, enjoy!
