Eternal Light Peace Memorial Plaque
This is the plaque in front of the Eternal Light Peace Memorial in Gettysburg Pennsylvania.
It was erected to honor those who fought at Gettysburg. There were 2000 Civil War Veterans attended its dedication (average age 90 years old). I suppose there is some chance for eternal light but 1938 (when it was dedicated) was of course after the First World War and just before the Second World War.
