Dedicated Mother - _TNY_4845

This pretty lady is a Philodromus margaritatus, one of the running crab spiders.

 

This particular one was not doing any running at all when I found her.

 

I found her on top of her eggs on the side of the summer house, protecting them, and when I returned two weeks later she was still sitting there in the exact same place on top of her eggs
