I met her a couple of minutes earlier and asked her for a portrait. She wondered if I photographed graffiti, too, and when I said that I did, she suggested we'd walk to her whale mural. It was just a corner of a street away.
Michal, 31 y/o, started her art about five years earlier. If she could give an advice to her younger self she would say: "Don't be afraid to follow your dreams." And yet, she doesn't have any regrets.
Michal loves colours in her artwork. Colours for her mean positiveness, optimism. She believes in looking at the positive side of every situation.
"Even if some of my work emerges from pain, I still look at it in a positive way. It is important to me to make good to the world."
