16/365 {waiting}

waiting is such a difficult thing to do

 

i am not good at this

 

its like being a kid on Christmas morning

with so many things in life

 

i have a hard time waiting to give gifts to people

 

do not care to wait for trips

as i tend to not sleep the night before

 

and especially i am not liking waiting

for things i want in my life

 

it is an exercise in patience and time

 

i have to learn that i am not the one

in the drivers seat

 

but that does not make it any easier

 

a journey is a collection of many steps

 

and we must remember all the moments along the way

 

not just the destination
