Testbedstudio is one of four invited teams for a competition of student housing, organized by the newspaper Metro and the Swedish Property Federation Fastighetsägarna. Our proposal the Students' Villa has 128 bedrooms and a large common living room. It is situated on Gärdet in Stockholm and thus has a rather big garden.
