Back in the mid 90's, "Good Morning America's" summer concerts were held in the space in front of Tavern on the Green in Central Park. The area was small which allowed for a much more intimate concert experience and ease in approaching the performers and celebrities for autographs. This, of course, was prior to the events of September 11th, 2001 - which forever changed how security for live television shows and performances is handled in New York City.
