Presenting a Face

Materials: Digital Camera, Lipstick, Grandma, Sister's hand

Idea: A big part of how my grandma presents herself to the world is in how she dresses and makes herself up. Before entering the temple, she makes sure to represent her best self to the other monks.

Process: My grandma was putting on lipstick herself, but her hand was shaky. My younger sister took over and applied it for her. I positioned myself to her side to capture her lips and the soft light on her skin.
