Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is an orange day at Color my world Daily and the theme at Crazy Tuesday is wet. Which is just awesome since Mr. Teddy Bear is with us to celebrate Happy Teddy Bear Tuesdays, and he just got caught in a rain. Luckily for him, he had his umbrella with him. The clouds just seemed to follow him everywhere but he manage to keep himself dry. But as you can see, the beautiful apple he bought for Princess is all wet. It is a well known fact, that wet apples taste the best… especially if they were under a summer rain… Which will not happen to me very soon, living in Montreal all I can have right now it is an apple covered in snow… and if it is still on a tree it will probably be all rotten by now.
In Mr. Teddy Bear world summer is endless so we don’t have to worry about rotten apples …

This is one of the ways Camille tells us she is ready to come inside; she appears at one of several windows with a look like this. We think looking in the windows also contributed to her decision to bring her 4 kittens to our door; we caught "that tabby" staring into our house on at least 3 occasions before she came with family in tow.

Theme: Treasured
I know, I know, it's not a ring or a broach or some other sentimental piece of jewellery. It's not my daughter's first pair of shoes or my son's favourite childhood cuddly toy... nope, none of those. It's a bloody camera. But it represents so much more to me personally. I love precise functional no frills engineering and this camera could be the dictionary definition for those traits. It's also representative of a personal journey I've been on over the past 18 months where I've started to collect vintage lenses and film cameras. I buy and sell other vintage cameras without too much sentiment but I won't part with this one.

Went of a bit of an outing today and ended at a little market where I bought some strawberries. These were left on the stall.

Sorry, not a great photo and not really what I wanted but due to a lack of time and a lack of cooperation by the cats I had to take a last minute photo for this theme this morning. Somehow our cats don't like to show their paws especially if they know that the paws are what you are interested in. I had longer discussions with Tofu before I finally managed to take this shot.

Seychelles is an island republic in the western Indian Ocean, comprised of about 115 islands.The colors of its flag are blue (for sky and sea), yellow (for the life-giving sun), red (for the people and their work for unity and love), white (for social justice and harmony), and green (for the land and natural environment).
The rubber band ball pictured here contains those colors.

This weeks theme for the FFF+ Snap Happy group of 'Yellow' was chosen by Andrew.
These yellow letterboxes, on a yellow mosaic tiled wall have been a favourite of mine in St.Kilda and I could not go past them for this weeks theme.
FFF+ Snap Happy is a group I created for the FFF+ for images that reflect positivity, happiness, joy and beauty only. This must also be reflected in any titles, captions and comments.

- No references to the plight of the world or the situation we all find ourselves currently in
