I shot this broken pencil for a group theme but never got around to posting it. I've tortured it many different ways but not sure I agree with the results so I slid it back to its original state and here it is for this fine Sunday. Seemed appropriate as many are winding up the school year. Happy Slider Sunday - HSS.

May I recommend this oldie but classic -
The St. John’s Separate School and Miniature Church is a Municipal Heritage Property near Leader, Saskatchewan. On the property is a one-room schoolhouse and a miniature replica of the original St. John's Lutheran Church. The abandoned school was built in 1924 and still has the desks and other items a teacher would need. These schools were built and administered by several religious denominations during the early 1900s. The wood-frame construction and rectangular architecture contains a distinct window wall that is typical of the rural one and two-room schools built during that period.
This school themed set will surely take you back
to those dusty days when the clock just stood still.

Stowe School is a selective independent school in Stowe, Buckinghamshire, England. It opened on 11 May 1923, initially with 99 schoolboys, and with J. F. Roxburgh as the first headmaster
The school has been moved to private property for preservation. Located south of Pomeroy, Garfield County, WA.
My entire career has involved teaching....from preschool to high school, Spanish, English, French, and most recently, Special Education. I’ve loved it all, and it’s painful to see what’s happening now. This forlorn old school bus seems to mirror my feelings....
