The EPIDEMIC: Going Viral workshop was a week-long programme for 14 to 16 year-old students run by the Trinity College Dublin Biochemistry and Immunology Department and Science Gallery. The programme aimed to equip students with insight into virology, immunity, infection and vaccination through game building, challenges, as well as opportunities for research and laboratory experiments.
The programme ran from July 22nd – July 26th, from 10am – 4pm daily.

The UKEEP programme, which was developed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and was supported by the EU, has helped Ukrainian enterprises reduce dependency on gas and cutting down on CO2 emissions by implementing energy efficiency measures. The programme is part of the EU4Energy Initiative.

The sixth session of the UN Environment Assembly (UNEA-6) is held from 26 February to 1 March 2024 at the UNEP headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, under the theme: “Effective, inclusive and sustainable multilateral actions to tackle climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution.”
Through its resolutions and calls to action, the Assembly provides leadership and catalyses intergovernmental action on the environment.
