CNC laser cutting machine MicroLas is designed for applications with highest demand on accuracy and cutting speed. Result is minimalisation of cutting expenses for big series of parts. Light and yet stabile construction of MicroLas together with linear guidelines and AC drives provides excellent dynamic properties. Default is table with automatic exchange of grids. The machine is equipped with a very robust gantry, so that the heavy z-axis can be lifted free of play and can work without vibrations. The MicroStep SMG is able to process bottom heights of up to 850 mm (for larger bottoms please contact us). The range of processing possibilities goes from entire separating cuts of bottoms, cut-outs in different shapes to special applications, which we can adjust individually.
The EuroCut series meets high requirements on dynamics and precision laid on a modern CNC cutting facility. Its light, but yet stable structure allows powerful and efficient performance in cutting of sheet metals up to thickness 25 mm. Included is automatic torch height control via plasma arc voltage. Maximum working area of the machine is 4 000 mm x 2 000 mm.
