This is my pet dog Peppa, she's a labrador crossed with a springer spaniel, she's a springador lol.

Exhausted after a full day charging around the woods etc at the Bedgebury Pinetum. My grandkids tell me this cloud looks like "Peppa Pig".... (Straight out of the compact camera jpeg on automatic, I didn't even have time to put on a polariser).
My charge when I house sit. He's an outdoor cat with heated bed privileges in the garage. A real cuddler.

as long as I have my right mind ! It is the celebration of our Saviour,and His name was Jesus ,or Jesus,the Christ. If not for Christ,I would not bother to celebrate just some holiday,and spend a lot of money for no reason.

Serves five (side dish): A nice and juicy cucomber (not too big - all you size queens!), 1 dl. of water, 1/2 dl. of ordinary vinegar, 1/2 dl. of refinded so... 1-2 tablespoon of sugar (light brown sugar)... salt, and a gentle spray of chopped basil... It all depends on the vinegar you use... Some are roughs some are too refined... But sometimes it just comes out fine...
Should be made a few hours before serving :-))
